We started by placing reps in 2023. The companies hiring them needed more than just talent.
In 2023, I was training people for remote sales roles and connecting them with companies that needed closers and setters. Pretty quickly, those same companies started asking us for something else: help actually running their sales operations. At first I thought the gap was talent. It turned out the bigger gap was systems. Most companies in this space don't know how to operate a sales team, and that's one of the main reasons they stall out where they are.
You probably know what that looks like from the rep side. Broken processes, unclear expectations, problems no one takes responsibility for. Eventually you leave and look for the next thing. That pattern is exactly why we said yes to our first client. Two and a half years later, we're still working with them, having scaled them from $20K a month to over $340K a month. The systems and operational principles we built there are what we now run across every company we work with. For you as a rep, that means you don't get plugged into a chaotic operation. You get plugged into a team that actually knows what it's doing.
Our goal isn't to be the biggest agency in the space. The opposite, actually: we want the highest impact per team member and per client we work with. That's why we're a smaller, intimate team scattered across Norway, Sweden, Spain, South Africa, New Zealand, Canada, the US, the Netherlands, and the UK. Everyone here is here for the mission first, not just the commission. We're building a company that's big enough for everyone here to fit their own goals into.
