Part-Time Outreach & Virtual Assistant (South Africa Only)

We’re a fast-growing remote sales agency helping info product businesses scale with high-performing sales teams. Now, we’re looking for a reliable, self-motivated assistant to join our outreach team.

This is a remote, part-time position (4 hours/day) that you can do from home—as long as you're disciplined, detail-oriented, and fluent in English.

What You’ll Do

• Scrape leads and build outbound prospect lists

• Send outreach messages via social media and other channels

• Track outreach in spreadsheets and update our CRM

• Attend weekly feedback calls to analyze what's working and what to improve

• Collaborate with the team through Slack, Google Drive, and Notion

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent written English (no typos, grammar mistakes, or awkward phrases)

• Smart, reliable, and able to figure things out without handholding

• Experience as a virtual assistant or online freelancer is a big plus

• Bonus if you’ve done outbound outreach, sales support, or prospecting before

• Comfortable using:

  • Slack

  • Google Sheets

  • Social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Compensation & Bonus System

• We offer a fixed salary of $500/month (part-time, ~4 hours/day)

• You’ll earn $500 bonus for every client that signs up through your outreach

• If we sign 3 clients from your outreach within 90 days, or if we keep working together past 90 days:

  • You’ll be offered a full-time role

  • Your base salary will increase
