Scale Sales for a $120K+/Month B2B Offer (Remote Closer Role)


The opportunity

This is a dedicated closer seat inside Closing Consulting, our sales agency. You’ll be placed on one of our flagship clients, GoFunnels, a B2B offer currently doing around $120K/month and scaling hard with paid ads and a new $10K service.

We onboarded the first closer less than a month ago. He’s already at $5,700 and is on track to make ~$8,000 in his first 30 days. We’re now adding a second closer to:

  • Handle increased paid traffic

  • Take calls for a new $10K offer

  • Cover a surge of calls when the current closer is out 1–3 weeks for paternity leave in early / mid February

This is a stable, high-performing offer with real numbers and systems, not a “let’s see if this works” experiment.

What You’ll Be Selling

You’ll sell GoFunnels’ done-for-you marketing and sales infrastructure services:

  • Full GoHighLevel setup & CRM implementation

  • Landing pages, funnels, and conversion-focused copy

  • Nurturing campaigns and automation systems

  • Sales pipeline architecture and CEO dashboards

  • Email deliverability optimization

Ticket sizes: $6,000–$10,000+
Current AOV this year: $6,300, trending between $6K–$8K.

Prospects are B2B business owners who already know their backend is broken and are looking for a solution.

The Lead Flow You’ll Get

All leads are warm, inbound B2B from paid ads and existing demand, managed by a setter team.

  • Week 1: 2–3 qualified calls/day to confirm mutual fit

  • After ramp: 3–5 qualified calls/day, confirmed and qualified by setters

  • Setter team confirms, qualifies, and cancels no-shows / non-serious leads

  • No cold outreach, no begging for your own calls

In early–mid February, when our current closer is on baby leave, you’ll get overflow volume to cover his pipeline.

What You’ll Do

  • Run structured Zoom sales calls with pre-qualified business owners

  • One- and two-call close cycles with tight follow-up to decision

  • Own your pipeline inside GoHighLevel and follow a proven process

  • Join daily sales huddles, call reviews, and ongoing training

  • Track and report core KPIs (show rate, close rate, revenue closed)

You focus on closing. We handle the systems, lead flow, and management.

What You’ll Earn

Compensation is 10% of cash collected on your deals.

Based on current performance and our growth plan, realistic ranges:

  • Month 1 (ramp): $6,000–$12,000

  • Months 2–3: $10,000–$15,000+ with strong performance

As we push the client toward $200K–$300K/month with two closers, earnings scale with your results.

On top of that, we’re running a company-wide challenge this year: when we hit our target, we’ll fly the whole team out to spend a week together in a big villa as a team trip.

Who We’re Looking For

Required:

  • $1M+ in verified closed revenue (must have high-ticket B2B experience)

  • Comfortable selling $6K–$10K+ offers to business owners

  • Experience using or selling GoHighLevel / CRM / funnel builds

  • Solid understanding of marketing and how businesses make money

  • Full-time commitment (no other job or studies)

  • Fluent English and strong communication skills

  • US-friendly working hours (generally west of Dubai time zone)

  • Coachable, data-driven, and hungry to grow long term

Bonus if you have:

  • Direct GoHighLevel implementation or agency background

  • Previous work with agencies, SaaS, or info/education businesses

  • Experience selling operational / rev-ops / marketing infra offers
