This is a seat on an established B2B coaching program we run — a mature operation collecting over $200K a month. The offer is validated, the scripts are dialed in, and the lead flow is consistent. You're not being handed a cold list and told to figure it out. You're stepping into a machine that already works.

You'll run a mix of warm inbound calls from qualified prospects and outbound follow-up across the pipeline. Deals sit at a $5,000+ ticket, so every conversation matters and every point of close rate is real money. Your job is simple to describe and hard to master: turn qualified conversations into cash collected.

What you'll do

Own the call, own the number.

  • Run 4–6 inbound and outbound sales calls a day on a proven coaching offer.
  • Work the pipeline: follow up, handle objections, and drive deposits to full payment.
  • Keep the CRM clean and log every call so your numbers are always visible.
  • Get coached on real call reviews and tighten your game every single week.
  • Feed the setter and marketing teams what you're hearing so lead quality keeps improving.
What we're looking for

High standards, coachable, hungry.

  • Experience closing high-ticket ($3K+) offers — or a strong setter ready to step up.
  • Fluent, confident English and a quiet, professional remote setup.
  • Genuinely coachable. You take feedback on a call review and apply it the next day.
  • You hold yourself to a high bar and show up prepared, every call.
  • Reliable overlap with US business hours for live calls.
Compensation

Performance-aligned. No caps.

10% of cash collected

You earn 10% commission on the cash you collect, paid by the client. On a $5,000+ ticket running through a $200K+/month operation, consistent performers land in the $8,000–$15,000/month range. There's no ceiling — the more you collect, the more you make.
