Role Overview
We’re hiring a full-time Appointment Setter to join the team at Closing Consulting – one of Scandinavia’s fastest-growing sales agencies. You’ll be the lead setter for one of our Norwegian real estate education offers, and a supporting setter on a second offer.
Both offers are well-established, generating millions in revenue per month, and backed by strong marketing systems that provide a steady flow of inbound leads. These are real estate education programs that have been running successfully for over two years.

What You'll Do
Handle inbound leads and focus on setting highly qualified appointments. If a prospect isn't ready to get on a call right away, you’ll nurture the relationship until the call is booked.
Engage in continuous learning and improvement, receiving daily sales training and monthly 1:1 reviews with leadership.
Participate in daily sales team meetings and ongoing training to refine your techniques and stay sharp.
Report daily on metrics, ensuring you always know where you stand in relation to your goals.
Work autonomously to manage your pipeline and sales strategy while following the proven sales process provided by your sales manager.
Ideal Candidate
Experience or interest in real estate investing
Proven experience in client-facing sales roles with a track record of setting or closing appointments
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal (and fluent in Norwegian)
Autonomous and self-driven, capable of managing your own sales process
Based in Norway or a similar time zone
Fully committed to a full-time position—no other jobs or studies
Resilient under pressure and thrives in a high-performance environment

You are located in a time zone east of Dubai. This role is best suited for those operating in time zones west of Dubai to match our target market and ensure optimal collaboration.
