Jamie has built one of the fastest-growing personal brands in the online business space going from 0 to 107,000 YouTube subscribers in under a year, with just 8 videos. One hit 2.3 million views. His worst videos pull 30–40K. Before he ever showed his face online, he built and scaled a faceless digital product brand called Cinegrams to over $2.6M in revenue at 84% profit margins.
In July 2025, Jamie co-hosted a mastermind in Hong Kong alongside Daniel Dalen, and they filled just under 20 seats at $14,000 per ticket - sold almost entirely through organic content. People flew internationally to spend two days with him. Some of those attendees are still paying him for ongoing advice today.
So this is not a "let's see if this works" offer. Jamie has already generated multi 6-figures in revenue from selling personal branding coaching to his audience, so the demand is there. We're now building the infrastructure to serve more people at scale and tap into a larger portion of his audience.

What You'll Be Selling
Founders Inner Circle is a coaching program for business owners doing at least $200K/year who know that a personal brand is the highest-leverage thing they're not yet doing properly. Jamie works with each client to build a clear positioning strategy, identify the right content approach for their specific business, and develop the creative and production process around it so they can finally start producing content that actually converts.
This is not about teaching everyone to make cinematic content. It's about helping founders build a personal brand that works for their business, whatever that looks like. Agencies, consultants, service providers, digital product businesses. The underlying principles are identical.
The program has two tiers:
Group Coaching: $8,000 for 3 months
1:1 Coaching: $15,000 for 3 months
The Lead Flow You'll Get
All leads are 100% from inbound organic traffic to start with. You should expect warm leads who are already familiar with Jamie, and have already decided to tap into the potential growth their business will see from them building their personal brand. business owners who have self-selected after watching Jamie's content.
The launch rolls out in stages from late April. We expect significant volume. If one closer can't cover it, we'll add capacity. Paid ads come later, once we're at $100k+/month from organic traffic only.
A setter team handles all inbound qualification, confirmation, and no-show management. You show up, run the call, follow up with your pipeline. That's it.
What You'll Do
Run structured Zoom sales calls with pre-qualified business owners
One- and two-call close cycles with tight follow-up to decision
Own your pipeline and follow up until closed or lost
Join call reviews and ongoing training
Track and report core KPIs: show rate, close rate, revenue closed
You focus on closing. We handle the systems, lead flow, and management.
What You'll Earn
Compensation is 10% of net cash collected.
With an AOV between $8,000 and $15,000 and a warm organic audience primed from months of content, it's a great opportunity for a closer who can perform to hit five-figure months early - and significantly more as volume scales.
Who We're Looking For
We are not looking to train a closer from the ground up. This seat is for someone who already knows how to close and wants a great offer to do it on.
Required:
At least $1,000,000 in verified closed revenue on high-ticket offers ($5,000+)
Experience selling coaching, consulting, or education programs
Full-time commitment - this is not a side project
Available during standard business hours US time zone
Fluent in English
You do not need any background in content creation, personal branding, or filmmaking. The offer speaks for itself and the team will get you fully up to speed. What we need from you is to join the team as a closer - "batteries included".
