The opportunity
This is a dedicated closer seat inside Closing Consulting, placed on one of our longest-running client accounts: myPLCtraining, an online education company that teaches electricians and engineers how to program industrial automation systems, a skill that takes people from low-paying, physical labor jobs to higher-paying, more desirable careers often worth tens of thousands of dollars more per year.
We've been running sales for this offer for close to two years. It has averaged six figures in revenue every single month since we took over. One full-time closer, based in the US time zone, has personally closed between $100,000 and $150,000 a month in revenue, consistently, for two years. We are now adding a second full-time closer because we are booked out seven days ahead and physically cannot handle the volume coming in.
This is not a "let's see if this works" situation. We have the proof, we have the volume, and we need the right person to come in and close it.
What You’ll Be Selling
myPLCtraining sells an online education program at $4,000 to $5,000, with a current average order value of around $4,500 and potential price increases on the horizon.
The product teaches PLC programming, which is the language used to operate and automate industrial machinery. For the electricians and engineers who buy it, this is a genuine career leap. They already know they need this skill. Many of them have already been rejected from jobs because they didn't have it. They've seen the job postings. They know what the salary difference looks like. They come onto every call with full conviction that PLC programming is the path forward. Your job is not to sell them on the career. Your job is to sell them on us as the best way to get there.
There is no meaningful online competition. The alternatives are YouTube, which gives them no structure, or a physical college program, which costs several times more. When someone finds out about myPLCtraining and gets on a call, the only reasons we lose the deal are financial disqualification or a timing objection we failed to handle. Conviction in the solution is never the problem.
The Lead Flow You’ll Get
All leads come from paid ads on Google and Meta, with additional organic volume on top. The funnel does a serious job of warming prospects before they ever book a call. The price is stated directly in the VSL, so there are no surprises on the call and no wasted conversations.
A setter team handles all qualification, confirmation, and no-show management. You show up, run the call, and follow up with your pipeline. That's it.
During the ramp-up period, you'll get three to four qualified calls per day until you're hitting your KPIs. Once you're dialed in, the expectation is eight to ten bookings per day, each 45 minutes, which is the volume needed to produce $100,000 a month at current conversion rates. That volume is already sitting there waiting. We are booked out a full week ahead right now with no one to take the calls.
What You’ll Do
Run structured Zoom sales calls with pre-qualified business owners
One- and two-call close cycles with tight follow-up to decision
Own your pipeline inside GoHighLevel and follow a proven process
Join daily sales huddles, call reviews, and ongoing training
Track and report core KPIs (show rate, close rate, revenue closed)
You focus on closing. We handle the systems, lead flow, and management.
What You’ll Earn
Compensation is 10% of cash collected.
Based on what our current closer has done consistently over 18 months and the volume we're seeing right now, here's how we think about the ramp:
Within your first 60 days, the expectation is $8,000 to $12,000 a month in commission. If you're not hitting that range by then, this probably isn't the right fit for either of us. Beyond that, our personal goal is to get the right closer to $15,000 a month within 90 days. We believe that's realistic because the volume is already there. Someone coming in with the right skill set can genuinely clean up here.
Who We’re Looking For
We are not looking to train a closer from the ground up. This seat is for someone who already knows how to close and wants a great offer to do it on.
Required:
You need to have closed at least $1,000,000 in verified revenue on high-ticket offers at $4,000 or more.
You need to be able to commit full-time, working in EST, five to six days a week, with weekends available being a meaningful bonus given our booking volume.
You need to be coachable, data-driven, and interested in building something long-term inside a real sales organization, not jumping between offers every six months.
You do not need any background in PLC programming, electrical engineering, or industrial automation. The offer speaks for itself and the team will get you fully up to speed on the product. What you need is to be a closer, "batteries included".
One thing worth being clear about: if you're currently employed elsewhere and need a two-week transition period to go full-time, that's workable. But the expectation is that you're fully committed within 14 days of starting.
